Join me on the mat fand let go of the mental load you've been carrying for you and everyone else for 90minutes of precious uplifting, blissful "YOU TIME". Expect grounding breathwork to reconnect a calm state of mind through your practice coupled with nourishing movement to release all that tension you never knew you were carrying and we'll finish with a deep guided relaxation. It's the yoga practice you never knew you needed,,,,,for mind, body and soul - sign up for just £22 and start your Sunday right. This practice is open to all abilities - beginners welcome and pre/post natal variations can be given Yoga mats and props are available at the studio but not blankets so please bring your own for a cosy final relaxation.
